Return Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return for a damaged item:

Notify Us Within 5 Days
Contact us at info@applegroupdyslexia.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
